Our Team

is made up of strategy-first thinkers, designers, programmers and artists. We’re jeans and t-shirts all the way—but we clean up nicely. Working from our inspirational 511 space in West Chester’s historic Riggtown neighborhood, our doors are always open to clients and potential clients who love to collaborate with us as we uncover their brands’ true personality. Want to see for yourself? Stop by, and let’s make something amazing together.

It’s in our DNA to over-deliver for our clients. We’re always thinking strategy for the long term, and we realize every engagement is unique. We put each brand—and what that particular brand needs—above all else.

As a strategic partner, we help locate the heart of a company and define it with renewed clarity. Our approach gives brands perpetual, sustainable energy that concentrates its strengths into a valued presence consumers want to care about.

The buildings here at 511 Mechanics Alley have been used for stables and storage, and run by blacksmiths, tinsmiths and actual Smiths (We’re not the first. In fact, in 1923, a Smith nearly burnt this place to the ground). Today, after a full restoration, we’re honored to carry on its proud tradition and history as a unique place to live, work and play.
