Celerity, a cable and communications installer, came to us seeking a new image more befitting of their position as a forward-thinking technology company in today's fast paced world. The company had seen some of our previous design and branding work, and asked us to help.
Create a new image that embodied their company personality with a bold new look. Elements included logo, tagline, copy, sales materials, stationery package, web site, signage…
We began by leading them through a full-day branding session to uncover their history, goals, personality and aspirations. In that meeting we discovered not only were they very passionate about the quality of their work, but also about the extensive amounts of planning and meticulous documentation they give each job.
We then contacted five of their clients to get their perspective on the Celerity experience, seeking feedback we could use to help build our brand position.
Using this research, we presented several positioning statements to establish direction for the brand, the positioning, copy and design. Once the client chose their position, we developed a tone of voice befitting this personality, presenting them with copy direction for approval along with taglines that embodied their new brand in a single, powerful statement.
Finally, with a new positioning and tagline in place, we worked through a number of designs for their logo, stationery, sales materials, web site, truck signage and other brand identity pieces. The final design was chosen, and we were given approval to print and produce the finished pieces.
Celerity's new identity gives their sales people more confidence, gives prospective customers a stronger sense of who this company is and what they can do, establishes immediate credibility and invites plenty of positive feedback from customers and vendors alike. In fact, a business consultant commented she'd never seen business cards with such a memorable design. Here are a few samples of our work for Celerity.
